Ingredients

•    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
•    2 tablespoons water
•    5 garlic cloves, finely minced
•    1 pasteurized egg, or ¼ egg substitute
•    1 teaspoon salt
•    ½ teaspoon sugar
•    ½ teaspoon yellow mustard
•    1/3 cup olive oil
•    1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except oils in blender. Cover; blend at medium speed.
  2. Slowly add oils in thin stream, until blended.
  3. Toss with DOLEĀ® Arugula to coat, as desired.
  4. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
