Ingredients

Banana-Tahini Dip
  • 1 DOLE® Banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Platter
  • 1 bar (3.5 ounces) dark chocolate, broken into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 DOLE® Celery Stalks, cut into 3 x 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup DOLE® Blackberries
  • 1 cup DOLE® Raspberries
  • 1/3 cup roasted unsalted almonds
  • 1/3 cup roasted unsalted cashews

Directions

  1. Pulse banana, tahini, syrup, and cinnamon in a food processor 15 times or until smooth; transfer Banana-Tahini Dip to serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate. Makes about 1 cup.
  2. Arrange chocolate, celery, blackberries, raspberries, almonds, and cashews on serving platter; serve with Banana-Tahini Dip.
