This is a wonderful main dish salad with chicken, spinach, pineapple, bananas and grapes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DOLE® Spinach
  • 1-1/2 cups DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple, cut into chunks 
  • 1 cup DOLE Red Grapes, cut in half 
  • 2 DOLE Bananas, peeled and sliced 
  • 2 (about 6 oz. each) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, grilled, thinly sliced 
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted 
  • Balsamic vinaigrette dressing, to taste

Directions

  1. Arrange spinach, pineapple, grapes and bananas, on 4 large plates. Top with chicken slices. Drizzle with dressing, to taste. Sprinkle each with feta cheese and walnuts.
