Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh DOLE® Tropical Gold® Pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze® Almond Milk
  • 1 pkg. (5 oz.) DOLE Organic Baby Spinach
  • ½ cup chopped DOLE Celery
  • 1 cup DOLE Green Grapes
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 DOLE Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons milled chia seeds

Directions

  1. Combine fresh pineapple, almond milk and baby spinach in an emulsifier blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Add celery, grapes and ginger. Cover; blend until smooth. Add banana and chia seeds. Cover; blend until smooth. Serve.
