  • 1/2 cup DOLE Blueberries
  • 1 peach, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1-1/2 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine salad and dressing in a large bowl. Divide between 2 to 3 plates. Top with bacon and sunflower seeds from packets, blueberries, peach, pistachios and goat cheese. Season with salt and ground black pepper, to taste.
