Ingredients

  • 5 DOLE® Carrots
  • 5 stalks DOLE Celery
  • 1 DOLE Sweet Potato, quartered
  • 1 golden or red beet, quartered
  • 1 DOLE Apple, quartered
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled
  • 1 cup DOLE Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 poblano pepper
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Press carrots through juicer. Continue adding celery, sweet potato, beet, apple, cucumber, cabbage, lemon and poblano pepper. Season with salt to taste.
  2. Serve or keep refrigerated in sealed jar until ready to serve.

Note: Can use blender or food processor in place of juicer; add 1 cup water before blending vegetables
