Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 3 heads DOLE® Green Leaf Lettuce, roughly chopped 
  • 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup freshly crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  1. Add oil to large skillet over medium heat. Add lettuce.
  2. Cook until charred and wilted, about 4 minutes. Add honey and balsamic vinegar to skillet and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
  3. Sprinkle almonds and cheese on top. Serve immediately.
