Ingredients

  • 1 small DOLE® Cauliflower, cut into florets 
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil 
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil 
  • 1/4 cup sambal sauce 
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar 
  • 1 teaspoon tamari sauce 
  • 1 pkg. (13.25 oz.) DOLE Country Ranch Salad Kit

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Toss cauliflower with canola oil until evenly coated. Spread evenly onto baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes, turn over and continue baking for another 8 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, stir together sesame oil, sambal sauce, vinegar and tamari, in small bowl. Remove cauliflower from oven. Pour sambal mixture over cauliflower, stir to evenly coat.
  4. Place back in oven and bake 5 more minutes.

  5. Mix salad kit ingredients together in large salad bowl. Spoon cauliflower over salad.
