Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar 
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard 
  • 2 teaspoons honey 
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper 
  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DOLE® Classic Romaine Salad 
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into bite-size chunks 
  • 1 can (11 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained 
  • 2 DOLE Radishes, sliced 

Directions

  1. Mix vinegar, mustard, and honey in small bowl. Whisk in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine salad, avocado, mandarin oranges and radishes in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat.
