  • Jaipur curry blend 
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil 
  • 1 banana leaf

Directions

  1. Peel plantain, then dissolve the curry powder in a little oil and brush the plantain with it. Wrap the plantain in the banana leaf and steam-cook for 20 minutes. You can do this in a steamer or with the steam function on your oven.
