Ingredients

  • 1¼ pounds DOLE® Brussels Sprouts, halved (about 5 cups)
  • 4 slices lower sodium turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2½ tablespoon gochujang sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons less-sodium soy sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a rimmed baking pan in oven; preheat 10 minutes or until very hot.
  2. Toss all ingredients in a medium bowl; spread in a single layer on preheated pan. Roast 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, turning once. Makes about 4 cups.
