Ingredients

  • ¼ cup tomato juice 
  • ¼ cup lime juice 
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 garlic clove, minced 
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel 
  • 1 tablespoon green chile, seeded and diced 
  • 1 large tomato seeded and diced 
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients until blended. Season to taste.
  2. Toss with DOLE 50/50 Blend until coated, as desired.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers.
