Ingredients

  • 1 cup bottled, unsweetened, decaffeinated green tea 
  • ½ cup DOLE® Blueberries 
  • 1 cup DOLE Raspberries 
  • 1 DOLE Banana, peeled, sliced 
  • 1 cup fresh DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple, peeled, cut into chunks 

Directions

  1. POUR the green tea into your blender and turn on to a low setting.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and process on the highest speed until a well-blended puree forms, about 20-30 seconds.
  3. Stop the blender and scrape down the sides; blend once more for 20-30 seconds.
