Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. DOLE® Spinach Cherry Almond Bleu Salad Kit
  • 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon raspberry vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. Whisk together jam, mustard, oil, garlic, vinegar and cumin, in small bowl until smooth.
  2. Brush mixture on chicken breasts. Grill over medium heat, brushing with sauce, about 10 minutes, turning once or until chicken is no longer pink in center .
