Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber 
  • 1 DOLE® Fuji Apple 
  • 1 cup chopped fresh DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple 
  • 2 cups DOLE Organic Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • Directions

    1. Press cucumber, apple, pineapple, baby spinach, mint and lime through juicer. If you don’t have a juicer simply combine all ingredients in an emulsifier blender with 1/2-cup water or your favorite juice. Cover; blend until smooth.

    2. Divide between two glasses and serve.
