Ingredients

  • 1 DOLE® Banana, peeled and sliced 
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted 
  • 12 (1/2-inch thick) whole grain baguette slices 
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled 
  • 6 DOLE Strawberries, hulled and sliced 
  • Sea salt, optional
  • Directions

    1. Combine banana and avocado in small bowl. Mash with fork until combined. Set aside.
    2. Toast or grill baguette slices. Spread banana mixture on each baguette slice.
    3. Sprinkle each baguette slice evenly with feta cheese. Top with strawberries.
    4. Add a pinch of sea salt on top of each baguette slice, if desired. Serve immediately.
