Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh DOLE®Tropical Gold® Pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 DOLE® Apple peeled, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup DOLE® Spinach
  • 1 ripe DOLE® Banana, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine pineapple, apple, and almond milk in blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Add spinach, banana, ice, and lemon juice. Cover; continue blending until smooth. If a little thinner consistency is desired, add a little cold water. Serve.
