Ingredients

  • 24 DOLE® Grapes 
  • 5 large DOLE Bananas, divided 
  • 24 DOLE Strawberries 
  • 24 (6-inch) white lollipop sticks 
  • 24 DOLE Blueberries or 6 DOLE Banana slices, cut in quarters 
  • 1 cup shredded coconut for garnish, if desired

Directions

  1. Cut 1/4-inch off the top of each grape; set aside.
  2. Peel 2 bananas and cut 24 (1/4-inch) slices; set aside.
  3. Cut 1/4-inch off top and bottom of each strawberry; set aside.
  4. Arrange remaining 3 bananas, end to end, in a line on a platter.
  5. Make each elf by pressing the uncut end of the grape through the stick, followed by banana slice, strawberry (bigger end sits flat on top of banana) and finish with a blueberry (or quarter of banana slice).
  6. Press elf sticks into bananas on the platter in a single line. Scatter shredded coconut around platter, bananas and elves.
