Ingredients

  • 1 head DOLE® Cauliflower, core removed, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon buttery soy spread
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or parsley

Directions

  1. Boil salted water in large pot. Add cauliflower florets. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until very tender. 

  2. Combine almond milk, buttery blend, sour cream and garlic salt in a microwave-safe glass. Heat 30 seconds or just until warm. 

  3. Drain cauliflower. Place in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Add warm milk mixture. Process until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl or plates. Garnish with chives or parsley. Serve.
