Ingredients

•    2 medium garlic cloves, chopped
•    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
•    ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
•    1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
•    ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
•    ½ cup olive oil
•    ¼ cup crumbled bleu cheese

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil and cheese in blender container. Cover; blend at medium speed. Slowly add oil in thin stream, until blended. Stir in cheese. Chill.
  2. Toss with DOLE Baby Romaines until coated, as desired.
  3. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
