Ingredients

  • ½ cup vegan buttery stick, softened
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 DOLE® Bananas, mashed
  • ¼ cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-¾ cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat with cooking spray or grease 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Beat together all ingredients in large bowl until blended.
  3. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan onto wire rack; cool completely.
