A quick fruit appetizer that can be also be enjoyed as a dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium DOLE® Bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 16 4-inch wooden or metal kabob skewers
  • 16 medium fresh DOLE Strawberries, hulled
  • 2/3 cup bottled raspberry-walnut vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Toss banana slices in lemon juice; drain.
  2. Thread skewers alternately with banana chunks and pineapple, ending with a strawberry on the end of each skewer.
  3. Arrange kabobs on platter. Serve with crock of prepared dressing for dipping.
