Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat pancake and waffle mix
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large DOLE® Banana, diced

Directions

  1. Combine wheat flour and almond flour in medium bowl.
  2. Mix almond milk, canola oil, and egg in separate small bowl.
  3. Stir wet mixture into dry mixture just to moisten; do not over stir.
  4. Fold bananas into the batter.
  5. Pour batter onto a hot griddle in ¼ cup portions. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until second side is golden brown. (Optional) Top with Greek yogurt and almond slivers.
