Ingredients

  • 4 egg roll wrappers 
  • 2 large DOLE® Bananas, cut in half 
  • 1/3 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread 
  • 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 4 (1/4-inch) slices fresh DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple 
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons canola oil

Directions

  1. Place egg roll wrappers on clean surface. Lightly spread hazelnut spread down middle of each wrapper. Place half a banana on spread. Lightly brush edges of wrapper with water. Fold the sides in and then roll the banana and seal the edges.
  2. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl. Lightly dust each roll with cinnamon mixture. Lightly brush vanilla over pineapple slices and sprinkle remaining cinnamon mixture over pineapple.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet, over medium heat, add banana rolls and pineapple slices. Cook until browned on all sides. Serve with fresh berries, coconut shavings or fat free coconut frozen yogurt.
