Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (13.6oz.) DOLE® Sesame Asian Chopped Salad Kit
  • 2 cups shredded boneless, skinless rotisserie chicken breast
  • 1 DOLE® Avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh DOLE® Tropical Gold® Pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup DOLE® Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice   

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients from salad kit into large bowl; toss together. Add chicken, avocado, pineapple, green onions, and almonds; toss together.
  2. Add chicken, avocado, pineapple green onions and almonds, toss together
  3. Spoon 1/2 cup cooked brown rice into each bowl.
  4. Divide salad mixture between bowls, serve.
