Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared oil and vinegar dressing
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth. Season to taste.
  2. Toss with DOLE Mediterranean to coat, as desired. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
