Fruit and Ham Pasta Salad
- 2 large DOLE® Bananas, sliced
- 1/2 lb baked ham, cut into cubes
- 2 cups cooked macaroni, cooled
- 1 cup sliced DOLE Celery
- 1 cup seedless DOLE Red Grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced DOLE Green Onions
- 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp fat free or light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Combine bananas, ham, macaroni, celery, grapes and green onions in large bowl.
- Stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce and lemon juice in small bowl. Pour dressing over salad; toss to evenly coat.
