Race for the Heart
Cut out several paper hearts, write different "heart healthy" actions on them (for example: hop, jump, crawl, skip, jumping-jack), and place the hearts in a decorated bag or box. Guests line up in two teams. On a guests turn, he or she picks a heart from the box and does the indicated action across the room and back. The games continue until every guest has a turn.
Balloon Fortunes
Blow up red and pink balloons, at least one for each guest. Before putting a knot in each, push inside a small piece of paper with a happy Valentine's "fortune". Spread the balloons around the party as a beautiful Valentine's decoration, and at the end of the party each guest can take home his or her balloon to pop and retrieve the message inside.
