Wearable hearts
Using pinking shears or scissors, cut 2 hearts, one bigger and one slightly smaller. Cut a pair of vertical slits in the middle of the smallest heart, then lay it on top of the middle heart as a guide and mark and cut matching slits. Stack the hearts and thread a piece of ribbon through the right slit of both, then through a hair tie, and back up through the left slits. Tie the ribbon in a bow. Now the heart is wearable in so many ways! Slip it on your wrist as a bracelet; decorate a hairstyle; thread it onto shoelaces; weave it onto a belt, or tie it to a button.
Hearts Aglow
Glow stick hearts make festive decorations. Simply punch two holes in a folded card stock heart. Then insert a skinny break-and-shake light stick decorated with a heart-shaped point and feathers. Hang or tape up your "hearts aglow".
