Mini fruit pies made with waffles, fruit and frozen yogurt.

Ingredients 6


Eggo® homestyle waffle
1-1/2 ounces frozen yogurt
2 tablespoons DOLE® Frozen Sliced Peaches
2 tablespoons DOLE Frozen Sliced Strawberries
2 tablespoons DOLE Blueberries
1/4 cup yogurt



1 Eggo homestyle waffle

1-1/2 frozen yogurt scoop

2 tablespoons Dole peaches

2 tablespoons DOLE strawberries

2 tablespoons DOLE blueberries

1/4 cup yogurt, piped over all 3 pies.


Spray small pryex bowl with non-stick cooking spray.  Microwave waffle for 20 seconds and press into dish.  Add a scoop of frozen yogurt and then top with fruit of choice.  Pipe yogurt on top to replicate a pie and place in freezer until ready to serve.
