Combine beans, corn, chicken, and salsa in medium bowl. Stir together sour cream, milk, and lime juice in small bowl.
8 low fat wraps, any variety or use large flour tortillas (approx 10-inch diameter)
Warm each wrap in an ungreased skillet over medium heat until soft and pliable, 15 seconds each side.

Divide bean mixture between 8 wraps, spreading across the center of the wrap. Top each with 2 slices avocado and equal amounts of salad blend. Drizzle with sour cream mixture. Fold wraps as you would a burrito tucking in the ends first, and then rolling.
