Ingredients 10


1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cranberry gelatin
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1-1/2 cups cold water
1 can (11 or 15 oz.) DOLE® Mandarin Oranges, drained
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tubs (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided



1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) cranberry gelatin
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1-1/2 cups cold water
1 can (11 to 15 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained


Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce until melted. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate about 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Gently stir in mandarin oranges.


1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted


Meanwhile, stir crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and butter in 13x9-inch dish. Press firmly onto bottom. Refrigerate until ready to fill.

1/4 cup sugar
1 tub whipped topping, thawed


Beat cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup sugar in large bowl with wire whisk, until smooth. Gently stir in 1 tub of the whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust. Spoon gelatin mixture over cream cheese layer.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Just before serving, spread with remaining tub of whipped topping.

*Helpful Hint: Microwave completely unwrapped cream cheese on HIGH 15 to 20 seconds to soften.
