Ingredients 6


1 pkg. (6 oz.) Dole® Butter Lettuce, Spring Mix
2 cans (6 oz. each) lump crabmeat, drained
DOLE Mango, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
kiwi, peeled, halved lengthwise, sliced crosswise
1/3 cup raspberry vinaigrette
firm, ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, thinly sliced



1 pkg. (6 oz.) DOLE Butter Lettuce or Spring Mix with Herbs Salad Mix
2 cans (6 oz. each) lump crabmeat, drained or 8 oz. fresh lobster, chopped
1 DOLE Mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 kiwi, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced crosswise
1/3 cup raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing


Toss together salad blend, crabmeat, mango and kiwi. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss gently to combine.


1 firm-ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced


Divide salad among serving plates. Arrange slices of avocado over each serving.
