Crab and Fruit Salad
Salad consisting of fruit and crab.
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Dole® Butter Lettuce, Spring Mix,
2 cans (6 oz. each) lump crabmeat, drained,
1 DOLE Mango, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes,
1 kiwi, peeled, halved lengthwise, sliced crosswise,
1/3 cup raspberry vinaigrette,
1 firm, ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, thinly sliced,
Step 1: Toss together salad blend, crabmeat, mango and kiwi. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss gently to combine.
Step 2: Divide salad among serving plates. Arrange slices of avocado over each serving.
