Ingredients

1 pkg. ( 8 to 12 oz.) DOLE® Salad Blends, any variety
1 can (15 oz.) cannellini or small white beans, rinsed, drained
1 cup cucumber, thin half slices
3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, well-drained, finely chopped
1/2 cup (2 oz.) crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup bottled balsamic vinaigrette

Steps

STEP1
Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 to 12 oz.) DOLE Salad Blends, any variety
1 can (15 oz.) cannellini or small white beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup cucumber, thin half slices
3/4 cup finely chopped well-drained sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup (2 oz.) blue cheese, crumbled

Direction

Toss together salad blend, beans, cucumber, tomatoes and blue cheese, in bowl.

Ingredients

1/4 cup bottled balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Direction

Spoon dressing over salad; toss to evenly coat.
