Ingredients 8

Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 to 12 oz.) DOLE® Special Blends Salad, any variety
2 cups cured ham, chopped
hard-cooked eggs, chopped
medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
large pita bread, cut in half
(optional)  crumbled blue cheese

Steps

STEP1
Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 to 12 oz.) DOLE Special Blends Salad, any variety
2 cups chopped cured ham
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Direction

Combine salad blend, ham, eggs, tomato, cheese and dressing in large serving bowl. Toss to evenly coat.

STEP2
Ingredients

6 large pita bread, cut in half
crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Direction

Divide salad mixture among each pita. Top with crumbled blue cheese, if desired.
