Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
eggs
DOLE® Banana(s), pureed
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped almonds

Steps

STEP1
Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Direction

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in medium bowl; set aside.

STEP2
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
3 medium ripe DOLE Bananas, Pureed (about 1-1/2 cups)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped almonds

Direction

Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Beat in bananas, sour cream and vanilla until blended. Add in flour mixture; beat until just blended. Stir in nuts.

STEP3

Pour into 9 x 5-inch baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

STEP4

Bake at 350°F., 55 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
