Chocolate brownie pizza with a fruit topping.

Ingredients 9


1 box brownie mix
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup hot fudge ice cream topping
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 to 2 teaspoons water, if necessary
1-1/2 cup sliced strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries
banana(s), peeled, sliced
  strawberry ice cream and chocolate sauce ice cream toppings



1 box brownie mix


Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.  Spread batter in a 10-inch round cake pan. Bake at 350F 20 to 25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.


4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup hot fudge ice cream topping
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract


Beat cream cheese with chocolate topping, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add water, if necessary, for spreading consistency. Spread mixture over cooled brownie crust.


1-1/2 cups sliced strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
2 bananas, peeled, sliced
strawberry ice cream and chocolate toppings


Arrange berries and banana slices over filling. Drizzle strawberry and chocolate ice cream topping over fruit. Cut into wedges.
