Puree 3 extra-ripe bananas in blender (1-1/2 cups). Combine pureed bananas, milk and cocoa. Combine eggs, sugar, margarine, cinnamon and vanilla.
6 cups dried white bread cubes2 firm DOLE Bananas
Layer 1/2 bread cubes in 8 or 9-inch square dish; top with sliced bananas and remaining cubes. Pour liquid over cubes, making sure all bread is completely covered. Let stand 30 minutes.
1/2 cup DOLE Sliced Almondsfrozen dessert topping, thawed
Sprinkle with almonds. Place casserole in large pan. Pour boiling water into pan to come halfway up side of casserole dish. Bake in 350 F oven 1 hour. Serve warm with mound of dessert topping.
