1 container (5 oz.) DOLE Sassy Baby Blend or other DOLE Salad blend1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese1 large Heirloom tomato, chopped6 oz. cooked chicken, cut into strips1 ripe pear, cored and sliced2 oz. bacon, cooked and crumbled2 tbsp. glazed walnutsDill Yogurt Dressing (recipe below)
Divide salad onto two plates. Top with cheese, tomato, chicken, pear slices, and crumbled bacon. Toss with Dill Yogurt Dressing to taste. Top with glazed walnuts. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.Dill Yogurt Dressing: Whisk together, 2/3 cup plain yogurt, 1/3 cup light mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, 1 tablespoon milk, 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel, 1 garlic clove finely chopped, salt and pepper to taste until blended. Makes about 1 cup.
