1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Drizzle with olive oil; toss well. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and red pepper; toss well to coat and evenly with seasonings.
2 to 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Arrange potato strips in single layer in large nonstick rimmed baking sheet, sprayed with nonstick cooking oil spray. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, turning once, or until crispy and golden brown.
