4 large DOLE® Russet Potatoe,cut into 1/2inch wedges
Remove skin and about 1/8 inch of potato with paring knife in long lengthwise strips 1 to 2 inches wide. Place potato strips in large bowl.
1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Drizzle with olive oil; toss well. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and red pepper; toss well to coat and evenly with seasonings.
