Classic eggnog with a Caribbean twist.

Ingredients 7


ripe DOLE® Banana(s), peeled, chunked
egg(s), separated
3 tbsp. sugar
2 cups milk
1/2 cup amber rum
1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur
  ground nutmeg



2 ripe DOLE Bananas, peeled, chunked
2 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. sugar
2 cups milk
1/2 cup amber rum
1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur
ground nutmeg


In a blender, combine bananas, egg yolks, 2 tablespoons sugar, milk, rum and liqueur; whir until well blended. Beat egg whites separately until soft peaks form, gradually adding 1 tablespoon sugar. In a large bowl, stir together eggnog and egg white mixtures; chill until cold. Stir before serving. Top each serving with a sprinkling of nutmeg. Makes about 7 cups.
