Banana Ciabatta Club Sandwich Club sandwich with bacon and banana on ciabatta bread. Makes for a tasty, nutritious lunch.
1 large, ripe DOLE® Banana(s),
1 ripe avocado,
1 to 2 tbsp fresh lime juice,
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped,
8 slices ciabatta rolls, cut crosswise and toasted,
8 slices bacon, cooked,
1/2 DOLE Red Onion, sliced,
6 to 8 oz cooked turkey breast, sliced,
Step 1: Mash together banana and avocado in medium bowl. Stir in lime juice and cilantro.
Step 2: Spread 4 bread slices with avocado mixture. Top each with 2 slices bacon broken in half, onion and turkey. Top with remaining bread slices.
