Mix together crackers and grated cheese in shallow dish. Stir together barbecue sauce, vinegar, honey and oil in small bowl.
1-1/2 lb. fresh chicken tenders
Generously brush chicken tenders on both sides with barbecue mixture. Roll in cracker mixture. Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 F., 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
