Tasty coleslaw dressing that goes great with Asian cuisine.

Ingredients 7


1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
3 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. ginger, minced
1 tbsp. garlic, minced



1/4 cup vegetable oil

Whisk together all ingredients until blended.



Toss with DOLE Colourful Coleslaw until coated, as desired; refrigerate leftovers.

Colourful Coleslaw pairs well with Asian Coleslaw Dressing, grilled flank steak kabob, leeks, bell pepper and toasted sesame seeds.
