• Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until tops are cracked and brown. Allow to cool completely.
• Combine dry pudding mix, remaining banana and milk in a small bowl; fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Poke hole in center of cupcake and fill with pudding mixture.
• Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with mini-vanilla wafers and assorted color sprinkles, if desired.
