Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 pkg. (12 oz.) DOLE® American or Very Veggie™ Salad Blends
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 (optional) baby dill pickle(s), sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 can (3 oz.) French fried onions
1/3 to 1/2 cup Thousand Island or ranch dressing

Steps

STEP1
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Direction

Brown ground beef, breaking up into chunks in large skillet, until no longer pink in the center; drain well. Toss with the seasoned salt.

STEP2
Ingredients

1 pkg. (12 oz.) DOLE American or Very Veggie Salad Blends
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar or American cheese
4 baby dill pickles, sliced (optional)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 can (1.5 oz.) French fried onions

Direction

Toss together drained beef, salad blend, cheese, pickles, tomatoes and one-half French fried onions.

STEP3
Ingredients

1/3 to 1/2 cup bottled Thousand Island or ranch-style dressing
remaining French fried onions

Direction

Add dressing; toss gently to coat. Divide salad among individual plates; sprinkle each serving with some of the remaining French fried onions. Serve immediately.
