3/4 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries or sliced apricots

Ingredients

3/4 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Direction

Combine 3/4 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice, 1 tbsp. sugar, and 1 tbsp. cornstarch in saucepan until blended.  Heat to boiling.

STEP2
Ingredients

1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen red raspberries or sliced fresh or frozen apricots

Direction

Stir in 1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen red raspberries or 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh or frozen apricots. Continue cooking until heated through and sauce thickens.
