Search Firms

Our resume builder is to be used by candidates and our preferred partners. Dole Food Company, Inc. has an in-house recruiting team that determines which positions are called out to search. Usually, this occurs with “hard to fill” positions. The objective of the team is to find quality candidates via its own sources and partner with search firms that have been chosen as preferred vendors. If you are interested in developing a preferred partnership with us, please send information regarding your company to staffing_partner@na.dole.com. When you submit your information, please include the following information:

1. Sourcing methods
2. Names of companies where you cannot source candidates
3. Areas of expertise
4. References
5. What differentiates you from other firms

Information and partnerships will be reviewed on an annual basis.

All direct contact with the Company for presentation of candidates or information must be through the Human Resources department.
